    Covers the bare soil, foundation walls, piers under your home with a thick vapor barrier/liner (white polypropylene).  We add a dehumidifier and drainage/sump pump as needed.

    If you have water running under your house or have puddles of standing water under your home, it is a big problem and should be fixed immediately.  To remedy the issue, we install crawl space drainage systems and a sump pump.

    A crawlspace dehumidifier removes moisture from the air under your home.  We use Santa Fe Dehumidifiers.

About Derek Rosson

Derek RossonDerek Rosson is a Rainsville, Alabama native and Plainview High School graduate.

After high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and went to basic training in Parris Island, South Carolina. He served two combat tours in Iraq before he was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Sergeant.

He is married to Ashley (Keel) Rosson, and they have three boys.  Derek owns and operates Safe Solutions Plus Pest & Termite LLC.
